Saint Natius was founded on a simple belief that property management should be transparent, responsive, and community-focused. Too many leaseholders, directors, and landlords have experienced the frustration of poor communication, hidden fees, neglected maintenance, and residents left in the dark. We set out to change that.
Our founder, Ekemini Ekanem (BSc, MSc, ATPI), has hands-on experience in both property management and the challenges faced by landlords and leaseholders. Having seen firsthand how mismanaged service charges and a lack of accountability can damage both communities and investments, Saint Natius was created to offer a better alternative.
We pride ourselves on being approachable, accountable, and proactive, and aim to rebuild trust between managers and residents, creating well-kept, financially sound buildings where people feel proud to live. Our Fees
Block Management
We charge a Management Fee per unit for overseeing your block. This covers budgets, compliance, and communication. Service charges are collected from leaseholders as usual, funding routine services such as cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and health & safety compliance (including fire safety).
PRS Management
We charge a fixed Management Fee for full property management. In addition, Maintenance Charges are billed where we arrange routine services for your tenants, such as gardening, cleaning, and compliance checks.
